Tweedledee with his 7.0 AF should be bet/foldy

I would think 77 is just out of his PFR range ... and he PFR'ed and called your 3bet ...

so I would think Tweedledee's hand is genenerally TT-88 almost all the time

so - since he seems like a folder I could cap the flop and fold to further aggression

hand would play out:
flop:
he donk, you raise (you really could be rasing overs here),
he 3bet ... TT-88 ... small chance of AA or 77
you cap

turn
1
he leads ... I could fold after showing that much aggression; but, I could call here and maybe fold if he bets the river (or not )
2
he checks, you bet, he raises ... i fold

river
no bets go in ... ie. check behind

Well...my basic question is whether these players played the hand optimally or if any posters would have played it differently and why.

I suppose it may be elementary to some but I am still learning. Therefore either suggestions for playing it better or affirmation as played will be helpful. 99 is often a hard hand for me. It would have been even harder I suppose if there had been 2-3 over cards but then it would have played differently I guess.

Tweedledee: I don't like b/3b into the pf3-bettor holding 99. When we get raised, we are usually facing a big pair. My instinct is to c/r and then calldown unless the board gets scarier.

Tweedledum: we 3-bet preflop and dee donks into us on the flop, hmmm. I have to wonder if he is preparing to 3-bet with like TT or JJ. I'm not very happy about getting 3-bet here. A calldown is meh.

7.0 AF? A raise-folder, eh? That's the only reason I would be 3-betting him preflop because I don't really want to mix it up with this player when I'm either way behind or only a little ahead.

Edit: Misread the action by getting Dee and Dum mixed up.
