My Opinion: Add to/polish the FAQ and expect the frequently asked to be re-asked or the obstinant "I'm fine with my lower body, so I don't need to squat", and let the multiple stickies fade.

Squatting is great. I would add "Do overhead squats if you want to make it more full body without building giant legs" However if you're not squatting, you're missing out.
