Hand 1 I am not a fan of getting too tricky on a paired board. I don't think I have the cajones to follow through with a river bet unimproved because of that.

Hand 2 I like very much. When I have all those backdoor possibilities and a pair, I like to jam the flop in hopes that my hand can turn into an actual hand for value. And if it doesn't, I have already repped enough strength on the flop to successfully bluff a blank turn.

I don't get it, hes a weak player whos called a flop 3 bet on a fairly innocuous board, wtf does he have besides the straight or a house on the turn? is he really folding a straight?

hand 1 i dont like bc i think i know villain and he's going to put you on air or a decent six, on account of you betting just about anything else in your range coordinating with that board on the flop

jack 83s in the straddle when everyone limps 200 normally does the trick. Can I write an appendix in your book about dead money? I like 1 better than 2.

ty catcher, which one of the two do you think worked?

2 obviously because the player is weak. I'm sure alex snapped you off huge in 1.

dude, i'm never believing the hands you make up to tell me ever again.

in the hand vs me, what did you put me on when i c/r'ed? you said this above:

when I'm checkraised I give my opponent credit for a big ish hand ... if I believe my opponent is strong alot, a bluff makes little sense, so I try not 3betting air.

[/ QUOTE ]
so yeah, i don't like your 3bet against me.

I like 1 better than 2. I think both are basically spew tho and I doubt you'd be doing them if you weren't playing 30 hands an hour?
