When I first saw the flop I thought I would be able to trap a lower ace, but with two players going for action I decided the odds of two worse hands were getting low (ie being against AJ and A9 was unlikely).

So I folded

Also calling leaves me with a tough decision for the rest of my stack on the turn.

Raise flop, why are you slowplaying tptk?

I hate SB's CC here. Either he has a monster or is some sort of giant flush drawing donk. I find it more likely tht he has a hand that can beat tptk.

I fold. And if I raise the flop and he 3bets, I fold.

I think the flop call is very bad. The board is draw heavy and you have 2 opponenets in the hand. Please reraise this flop next time.

This is either shove or fold, and I lean fold on this one. The board is two-tone, but relatively dry. The flat call from sb could mean he also has a monster. Don't see many hands that do this beside maybe FD + GS combos.

ya I slowplayed tptk. My goal here was to get paid by TPGK. My read after the initial SB bet was that SB was trying to protect an ace, and I felt he might fold if I raise this against two other players. On the other side, if I only call, he might put me on a draw and keep on trying to protect his hand. I have position on him so I can control what happens on the other streets.

ok since we seem to agree this is a fold, what about my initial 5.75 call?

I'm really not worried about a draw at this point; I think most likely SB has a weaker ace, and btn is gonna fold.

Also a few hands back, same 3 players, flop comes Jh3d4d, SB is second to act, bets pot 5.25, we all fold.
