Default Which Mistake Is Most Egregious?

I was going to leave my action out on the river, but I decided to just put the whole horrid hand up for the hell of it.

$20-$40, My first round at the table so unfortunately no reads. SB stikes me as a complete maniac though, but I have nothing to justify this reasoning. No [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] read on BB

I open in late/middle position with A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

SB 3bets, BB calls, I call

Flop: J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

SB bets, BB raises, I 3 bus because I have the nuts, BB (either calls or caps, pretend he caps), SB calls, I call

Turn: Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

SB bets, BB calls, I call

River: K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

SB bets, BB calls, I fold and instantly regret it.

My first thought was that even the river wasn't a horrible mistake. Then I went back and counted the pot.

This might fall into the "probably a decent-sized mistake, but not one you're likely to repeat often, so the aggregate damage isn't huge" category.

Rest of the hand fine/acceptable? Does it make a difference in BB called vs. capped the flop?

Wow, in the typical mid limit games I play in, I fold the flop(barring any unusual reads) most of the time. As the action went, I have no clue how you can be good at the river(or how you felt sick about folding)

If the BB folds the river, I snap call. This was my thinking the river. Hmm, I have to overcall. BB's flop raise means either a spade draw or a J of some sort. He just called the river, so either he had a spade draw involving a Q or K or he has his orginal Jack . . .

Foxwoods. Not many 3-bet with AK, 1010 or worse from the small blind there.

I think a fold on the river is probably right. I'd be more inclined to call if BB didn't cap it preflop, because this means he probably has Jx instead of some kind of K/Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] draw.

Everything else is fine IMO.
