Default And I chimed in with . . .

Street by street hand. 10-20

Reads: Player A is a player that limps all marginal hands 87 or better.

Player B is the only other good player int he game. She is extremely tight and also very agressive/tricky post-flop. Her range in this hand is preciously AA, KK, QQ, AK and maybe JJ/1010. She would not 3 bet AQ because it involves both an A and a Q at the same time.

Player C: Will call almost any amount of bets until the river with and hands that are suited or remotely connected. i.e. 54 or Q3s would call 3 bets cold easy. Also, she flat called both a turn and river once when she had the virtual nuts and i was betting into her for value.

Player A limps in the Hijack. I bump it with J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] from the cutoff. Player B 3 bets the button. Player c calls 3 cold in the SB. A calls.

Flop comes K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]10 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

C and A check.

Optimal play?

I'd check raise bc I think that'll get the most bets in on flop

This looks like one of those spots where raising lots with a draw on the flop will actually win us less when we get there. It will sometimes leave us as the last aggressor on the flop with the very tight and very aggro player wanting to raise the turn in which case we have to turn our hand face up and check. If she 3bets flop after our c/r then some downies may be chased out when they are for all realistic purposes probably drawing close to dead between tighty's range and your exact hand.

I'm fully expecting a decent amount of people to want to c/r flop if there will be 3+ players but I'm not sure I can be swayed in this exact spot.

C/C the flop puts us in a good position relative to the aggressor to c/r turn and trap the monkeys for a lot of bets.

I would probably c/c, but does anyone like donking? A&C both seem like they'd be willing to coldcall 2 with any piece/any draw.

I don't like donking here. Seems the tricky player will most likely bet here. Agree about not cr. Nothing wrong with a free card here, as it seems we have to take this puppy to showdown.

Default TURN/RIVER

So I donked whiel saying "here's a little help"(which is the worst option, I think) and she raised. Players A and C both called 2 cold. I made it 3 bets and the button capped. A and C called 2 more cold.

Turn: 9d

Checked to button, she bets, we call call.

River: Kc

Check to me- my action?
