Default 8/16 Kill 5 handed, turn decision

Hi everyone, I rarely find myself in short handed tables but was playing late Friday night/early Saturday morning and found my table widdled down to 5 handed. I'm curious if I got too passive on the turn with this hand, let me know. I've played with the BB several times before and know that he is fairly LAGGY

8/16 Kill live - 5 handed, Kill is on, hero is the killer in the SB

UTG Folds UTG +1 folds, button calls, BB calls, hero raises the kill option with
Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], BB calls, button folds. Heads up:

FLOP: 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Hero Bets, BB calls,

TURN: 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Hero Bets, BB Raises, hero?

I missed the 3 bet here and went into c/c mode - I think I got way too passive with this hand - any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks,
