Default WoWers unite?

My roommate just got WoW the other day, and it came with a few 10-day free trials, so I'm going to try it out. It generally seems like my kind of game, but the only negative I can really generate is that it's a lot harder when you don't really know anyone else who plays it, and have to solo.

That being said... anyone playing it and want to meet?

guild helps, but not all guilds are created equal.

odds (well 100%) are you will need to join a different for high end content.

This is becoming a bit of a cliche in WoW threads. Kind of like the "hasn't this been cancelled yet" guy in the SNL or Simpsons threads.

That being said I started the game a few months ago with a buddy of mine. I play a couple times a week and my character is currently sitting a level 39. I will play so I can get my mount but it is unlikely the little guy will ever see level 41.

I've become very bored with the repetitive nature of this game and, as a casual player, a lot of things you addicts do to keep the game interesting are not available to me.

It was fun and I loved the game from lvl 0 to 33ish but now it's just tedious.

That's what I'm feeling like right now. Right now it seems pretty neat and it's the type of game I want to play, but I can easily enough see myself getting very bored with it within a month of playing. We'll see how it goes, though.
