Default $20/45 SnG; 99 after call and overcard hits turn

Excuse the format, converter isn't working for me right now for some reason.

Assume opponent is good, thinking TAG tournament player (opponent may not have been, but I'm more interested in knowing how to play this in general than in the exact situation).

Full Tilt Poker Game #1873188881: $20 + $2 Sit & Go (13951163), Table 1 - 15/30 - No Limit Hold'em - 20:07:07 ET - 2007/02/25
Seat 1: Mik5e (1,440)
Seat 2: combuboom (1,770)
Seat 3: briachek10 (1,490)
Seat 4: StackYa (1,470)
Seat 5: skeemann (1,440)
Seat 6: CFH Rebel (1,455)
Seat 7: DreamDonkey (1,455)
Seat 8: Sonic_x_Reducer (1,665)
Seat 9: Whitesnake1 (1,315)
StackYa posts the small blind of 15
skeemann posts the big blind of 30
The button is in seat #3
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to combuboom [9s 9d]
CFH Rebel folds
DreamDonkey folds
Sonic_x_Reducer folds
Whitesnake1 folds
Mik5e folds
combuboom raises to 105
briachek10 calls 105
StackYa folds
skeemann folds
*** FLOP *** [6c 2h 8s]
combuboom bets 200
briachek10 calls 200
*** TURN *** [6c 2h 8s] [Kh]
combuboom ...

There's another step to this, but this is the first one. How worried should we be about the call on that flop? Now an overcard hits. Check or bet? If bet, how much?

id usually check/call a turn bet and then check/fold to a river bet. he's not going to bet the river with like 87 or something, especially not with the K on the turn.
