OT: How to analyze my PT stats

OK, somewhere in the cash game forums I once found an excellent post about how to use PokerTracker to analyze your game. It was in the Pokey style and may very well have been written by him. There were like 10-15 different filter settings to use, and they would provide different insights.

I thought I had toggled it to "Favorite" but apparently I hadn't.

Anyone know of this thread???
