I don't know exactly how to play here ...

As long as you don't limp, I don't think any play is terrible. Raise/call, push, fold. All are acceptable.

I think folding is clearly superior to limping, but I'm probably not doing either.

I make this 300. Pushing seems to be a little extreme. I'd like to know if pushing would be anyones first option and their reasonings. Cool.

Raise to 250, not a fan of push with 13xbb, but I push before limping.

250 is right. assuming you contibet for another 250, your stack is still able to provide FE.
