I was actually MP in this hand, and just made up a hand for BB. Here is the actual hand.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Hero ($51.75)
CO ($55)
Button ($128.65)
SB ($21.45)
BB ($53.90)
UTG ($47.25)

Preflop: Hero is MP with 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $2</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, BB calls $1.50.

Flop: ($4.25) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $3</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $9</font>, Hero calls $6.

Turn: ($22.25) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets $12</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $40.75</font>, BB folds

Final Pot: $75

My impression is that 2+2 types are c/r'ing with, say, a set pretty rarely on this kind of board. And I also thought this kind of line was weird with AK - I would have expected either a reraise preflop, or a flop lead instead. The c/r line seemed designed to shut down action, and so I decided to run a big bluff on the turn.

So, the real question, I guess, is how often are people c/r'ing (other than as a semibluff) against thinking opponents?

I do it often. I don't play 50NL but I guess the players there don't do it often. I think you run in AK/sets more often than a bluff here. A 2+2 is probably trickier though.
