its so funny how every few weeks he starts annoying smaller stakes players...he used to annoy people that played 200/400....then annoyed the 25/50 players for a while...now 5/10 and 3/6...pretty soon there are gonna be posts by uNL regs saying what is this guy grimstarrs problem, he sits at all the .25/.50 tables and will never give me any action

[/ QUOTE ]

lol this post didn't get any love

grim doesn't seem to post here anymore, but that sitting out [censored] is so obnoxious, esp when it breaks the table - it's not like he uses it for table selection either, i've seen him with the jesus seat on a whale and just blithely sitting out until they inevitably pick him up

He sits down at 10 different tables, mostly 3/6 and 5/10 while I'm playing, and just sits out. He never plays and finally it picks him up and then he gets back on the wait list, rejoins the table, and does the same thing. Why in the hell does Pokerstars continue to let him do this annoying crap? Also, why does he do it in the first place? Is he retarded?

[/ QUOTE ]

somebody posted about this in NVG a couple weeks ago.
I suggested e-mailing support about it. He shouldn't be allowed to do this if he has no intention of playing.

It's one thing if he does this on a table where other seats are empty. But if he's taking up the last seat when he does this then it is inappropriate. Technically Stars' software lets him do it but it's very disruptive and against the spirit of the game.
If somebody did this in a live casino where they put down their money, left the table without playing, eventually had their money picked up, and then took the seat again and left again without ever playing a hand then obviously the casino would eventually tell the player to get lost if he has no intention on playing. Stars should do the same.

Stars should tell him to stop doing this if he does not intend on playing and that they will ban his account if he doesn't comply.

HE is screwing up every ones stats on him cause everyone will get 0/0/inf over a good sample size. then he will go allin with AQo thinking everyone will fold cause they got nit stats on him, but still get called by KK and go busto on an AQ4TJ board.

Then he will go on tilt and openshove every hand

Sitting-out means he isn't playing at all meaning his sample-size is 0 hands.
He does not get credit for folding preflop if he never sits in which seems to be what you are implying.

Apparently even the most prolific posters are not immune to getting leveled.

I reported this to stars about 6-8 weeks ago when he first moved down to the 3/6 tables (he's been doing it that long).

1st response from support was something along the lines of "you should use this to your advantage, because he's giving away his blinds".

2nd response from support (after I bitchslaped the support moran) was something like, "we've sent this up a level, they'll take care of it".

Nothing has happened in 2 nearly months.

I read posts about grimmstar every few days and this post has atleast shed some light on what he's doing, but I feel like I'm missing something. How exactly does he make money doing this?
