So much of this stuff is so easy just by doing the basics and thinking straight. It's so sad and sometimes even destructive that people so often complicate it up.

He wants to build bulk in his shoulder girdle which is v v std physique wise. Granted he has no clue what he's talking about and may not even be able to express what he'd wanna look like other than saying "I want big arms", but he wants to look the same the rest of us do.
