Worked on it today with a friend of mine. Seems the timings of the rams were off (my ocz was 2-3-3-8, whereas the new ram was 2-3-3-7), so we tried tinkering with that, and updated the BIOS (which was like several years out of date). No errors yet... I hope it works!
