22 inch monitor

I have 22 inch monitor connected to my lap top. the full tilt table size would be fine when i would drag them over to my monitor. thats when i was using windows xp. not i have vista and i am having problems adjusting the size of the tables and my browser window.

has anyone had similar problems and does anyone know how to fix this?

Is it running the wrong resolution? It should probably be running 1680x1050. See this how to if you don't know how to check/change it.

for some reason, windows vista is like a different language to me.
