real silly deep stack preflop question

bellagio 10/20, 7handed. everyone except utg limps to my SB, i complete with KJ[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. Gary stevenson in the BB (he covers me, I have 12k?) makes it 200 more. (was 120 dead in there, so he overpotted) one of the limpers (average to good player who is fairly deep as well but is SO loose, think he is calling this with top 50% of hands, both cover me I think) calls, folds to me... I think gary is raising 88+, AJ+, KQ from his BB, but with varying frequencies. (obviously I called to see a flop, i was thooted, but wondering what ya'll believe is better)

also, if you call, is it a good idea or bad idea to donk bet 500 in the dark?

youre oop and your hand doesnt do well against his range. it's tempting but i'd fold. most of the time you're not going to want to play a 35 bb pot on the flop oop.

assuming the betting 500 in the dark thing is a joke

i see nothing wrong with calling when youre THIS deep.

but i prefer to put 2k in chips in my hand and hover them above the felt after checking, rather than donk blind
