It runs all the time on weekends, but doesnt always get started on weekdays. From my experience, 2 out of every 3 days seems about right.

And niss, you're right, the game keeps getting softer. I had a gentleman in stud8 call me down to the river when I had had open trips on 5th street in a 2BB pot. Oh what fun.
