FTP Iron Man Medal store - how long to get something?

WTF is wrong with people at Full Tilt. I ordered a $26 token from the medal store a couple of days ago... and nothing. No token. But the medals sure are gone. Can they not... hire some people? Or, automate some processes or something?

I wish they would expand the ironman promotion..the max amount you can earn is absurd...

The only way to get more medals is the WSOP seat promotion, but you have to hit 3k points in one week...

I've made about 3K this week FWIW playing $6.50 STTs (lost of them though)
