If youre not gonna download a lot of things or just wanna be cheap buy the premium, but for the extra 80 bucks I would buy the elite.

For $80 more you get 80 more gigs, a HDMI connector and a sleek design. You will fill up your 20 gigs VERY fast (there's tons of great stuff on Live) so I'd pay the $80 for the extra space alone.

You can store your own movies, songs, etc.. on the 360. You can even plug your iPod right into and play off it. There's tons of free stuff on live- completely playable game demos, arcade games, music/music videos, movie clips/previews, etc. And you might not think you'll be buying anything yet, but it sure is nice having a library of HD movies/tv shows/etc right at your fingertips that takes a matter of minutes and a couple of bucks to be ready to play.

Enough evangelizing, but yeah - you will go through your 20 gigs, and fast. For example, I like watching CSI so I download it off XBox live. Each episode in DVD quality is about 600 megs. If you want HD quality, they're about 2gigs. And you can keep them forever if you want.
