Default preflop against loose players - what do you raise with?

SITUATION:

NL25 or similar
90-100 bb deep
6 handed

PREFLOP ACTION:
2 folds, CO limps, Hero is on the button with XX

DESCRIPTION OF PLAYERS:

CO is a loose player, something like 50/7. He will call a pot size raise like 90% of the time in that situation.

SB is a nit 12/10/4

BB is also pretty loose, something like 40/5 and will call frequently from the blinds

BB and CO both have a fold continuation bet around 50%. Your impression is that CO calls a c-bet if he has any piece of that flop or a draw, but it's hard to tell.

PREVIOUS HANDS:

last couple times you were in that situation, you raised, c-bet, got called and stopped betting after the flop. It was then either checked until SD, or CO bet on the river and you folded.

What's your preflop raising range? Do you ever limp?

I think my preflop range is pretty wide something like 78s +
any pocket pair. maybe broadway cards. go for like 6BB. maybe any suited ace too.

i limp a lot....i will raise small with BP and want 2 to the flop...because in my small stakes home game they will flop top pair J's with a 10 kicker and move in on your bet....like taking cndy from a baby

And what hands that you usually raise with in that situation do you not play here?

Against tighter players, who fold like 65% to a cbet, I would raise hands like A5o, but that hand sucks against those loose players.

I like broadway cards here, cos you will often make top pair and CO will often call you with 2nd pair on the flop.
