Question - did Showboat get rid of their 11pm tournaments? They're not listed on the website, and I was planning to go down later tonight.

Yeah, no more 11pm tournaments at Showboat on ANY day of the week. This happened about 7 months ago.

Looking for late night tournament action - the Trump Taj tournament at midnight is pretty much your only hope. Hilton has a 10PM, Bally's has a 9PM and a midnight(speed tournament). Other then that...your SOL.

if you are talking about the $30 STT, these are a joke 1000 in chips with 10 min blinds blinds start at 25/50, played one on sunday. Plus its 11 players and only 1st place gets a seat, big juice for the house.

Wait, it's $22.73 + $7.27, not $25 + $5 (as I've heard reported here earlier)?

*If* they really are running those sats 11-handed, it's further example of why I'll never play at the Showboat again. I wonder if an employee in the room is shadow registering the 11th player and lifting the $30 for themselves - again, *if* they really are running 11 handed and paying one place.
