3 Handed 25/50. The hand before the BB got stacked for 200 bbs with set over set.

Button folds I open to 175 with K8d, BB calls.

Flop 8x7c4c

I bet 250, BB raises to 750 I call.

Turn 4x

I check, he bets 1200, I push for 2800 more.

Good/bad/ok? I dont have a whole lot of experience with the BB but he seems to be your regular 25/50 player.

maybe i suck but this is kinda standard for me, although K8 is towards the bottom end of the spectrum for value

I think u need more history/dynamics to make this move, ur hand is simply not srong enough.

I'd rather lead turn for 1200-1400, and read his soul if he pushes. Otherwise value push blank river.

I'd rather just 3 bet the flop I think. I don't think he's total air very often here. So letting him fold the flop with his bluffs isn't a big loss, he's usually drawing very live and so many turns can be bad that its gonna be hard not to get outplayed on the turn.

Unless opponent folds enough to justify it, I don't like raising with K8 from the sb, since you'll be out of position for the following streets. Once he calls, you're barely +ev.

Be a pacifist out of position, and wreck chaos in position.
