Did you like Supertroopers? It's the same guys (Broken Lizard or whatever) who star in / make Beerfest and Club Dread. It's not sophisticated humor, but I thought it was really funny. If you want something a little more highbrow, try Little Miss Sunshine, that was also an excellent movie but more subtle and smart, IMO. But as was previously stated, the first 15-20 minutes of Beerfest are stupid, but it gets very funny.
