How much are 23 million net points worth?

Looking at the number of entries to these drawings, its pretty low. I cant imagine theyre worth more than 10 bucks. Any point in holding onto these? Or should I enter some random drawing 23000 times?

I'm sure there is a way to maximize your EV, doesn't seem like its worth it for you to bother though. Just bet it all on black or something.

I'd hold on - I got an email survey from NETeller a couple months back about a rewards program, so I remain hopeful they will implement at some point.
