UB/FTP tables popping up/stealing focus
How do I stop them from doing this? Ive searched the forums and couldnt find anything. Ive downloaded tweak ui, which stops them from stealing focus from other applications, but I dont like them popping up the front either. Is there anyway to disable this?

Re: UB/FTP tables popping up/stealing focus
when FT tables pop-up for me it's my turn to act. If I'm still deciding my course of action on a particular table the table simply beeps and does not pop up when I am still selecting my action.
Are you talking about playing at FT/UB at the same time and they are popping up over each other? |

Re: UB/FTP tables popping up/stealing focus
FTP Mac client doesn't steal focus from other apps. Actually kind of annoying, since I'm used to being told when it's my turn.
Probably not an option for most people, but I thought I'd throw it out there. |

It should at least still ding and bounce the Dock icon.
Edit: By which I mean it does for me, so if it doesn't for you maybe you have some options turned off. |

Re: UB/FTP tables popping up/stealing focus
Only thing off the top of my head - and it might not be feasible but do dual monitors. That's what I do when running two different clients at the same time. UB on the left, FTP on the right (they are my two primary sites and although I didn't delve deep into figuring out how to stop it)

Yea, I have a six monitor setup at home so its not really a problem. It just really bothers me when Im on my laptop.

It [Mac FTP] does ding, and it does bounce the dock icon.
It doesn't steal focus. |
