Are these LP records or just albums you have on MP3/CD?

if you got all that built to spill, you may as well get Ancient Melodies of the Future. No, it's not as good as Perfect From Now On or Keep it Like A Secret, but nothing is.

also, Broken Social Scene - You forgot it in People and Bloc Party - Silent Alarm.

Beach Boys - Today!

The Boomtown Rats - Any greatest hits album should do - none of their individual albums ever jumped out at me.

Bob Dylan - Every 60's album should be mandatory listening. As should the Bootleg Series up to 4. I'd also add a strong endorsement for Desire and Time Out of Mind. If you're not a huge fan though, I would stay away from most live albums and the basement tapes.

Bob Seger - Ramblin' Gamblin Man. This was released in 1968 and there's nothing really special about it, so it never got a lot of credit. If you're ever in the mood for straight up rock and roll, though, it's perfect.
