The obvious thing is that your going to showdown far too often, and you're probably defending your BB a little too much.

yeah i admit sometimes i get in a mood where i will 3bet a sb or button atcs almost to the point of reckless. working on it

Yeah. It's also kind of odd that he's able to profitably get to showdown so much when he seems not to be positionally aware.
