Rakeback missing?

guys I had a rakeback payment be transfered into my neteller account on July 13th since I had started playing at a site I hadn't played in awhile and the rakeback site was set to ship my money to neteller instead of through a pokersite transfer.

I don't think this transfer has gone through. It has a link that says 'accept' but when I click it nothing happens. My balance says $0.00.

What do I need to do to get this money?

I'm not sure why Neteller isn't allowing you to accept the payment. You might ask the person who sent you the payment to cancel and resubmit it?
