My guess is only Foreman will go back to House...

House follows the traditional TV schedule and ends in May. It definitely is a long time away.

yup he is...

but equally obviously is that either Chase and Cameron will come back or neither will.

Since they have jobs in the hospital and its possible to keep them as recurring non starring characters, I think Im still okay.

Although Cameron did worry me last time when Chase mentioned, for someone not on House's team, you sure spend alot of time dealing with his team.

I think that House will end up keeping 3 of his current "contestants", and Foreman will get the other three. Two diagnostic medicine departments?
