His CR isn't "huge", it's only pot sized. Once you bet the flop you have to shove here. Checking behind flop is my preference though just because this spot isn't good.

I'd jam it in, against op, you have 10 outs plus FE, against fd you are fav. against set, 8 outs and nh.

seems like an easy fold, do we really wanna go to war with a hand that at best we might be a coinflip with. He could have a set or made straight, without being pot committed i find a fold and move on.
