when i started going to the gym at the very end of last school year, i instantly felt a hell of a lot better. i had always hated going to gyms, like, with a [censored] burning passion, but i suddenly felt the need to go again. and again. and i would just do exercises in my room when there was down time. and i lost like 20 pounds this summer and i just feel eleven million times better. so, you WILL notice a difference if you start. and it WILL improve your confidence and general happiness. and it's a good life skill thing. so just do it.

update: mmm...Im in big trouble Ive been accused of cheating on algebra test( which I kinda did but nowhere in the dimensions Im being accused of) so I really havent had time for girls right now. I can either accept that I cheated and fail Algebra this semester or let it ride and if Im found guilty of cheating I will be suspended for an enitre semester on all courses.( Im a gambler, Im letting it ride LDO)
The good news is that according to theory Im now a bad boy or something so I should be able to get more girls, right? Anyway tommorrow is my school field trip which involves a lot of alcohol and girls, trip report tommorrow!

Trip report:
I was sitting on a picnic table and the girl I like sit next to me, we were on a group of about 7, without anyone else noticing I carresed her back(directly, there were no clothes in between because I just put my hand beneath her clothes) she moved away from me after 2 minutes or so.
Then like 3 hours later she was resting on the floor with her belly up, I put my head on her thigh to rest as well. She then put herself with her back up and she let me put my head on her back, without anyone noticing I was playing with her belly and then I decided to go for her second base( her clothes were between her breats and my hand thought), I played with her breast for like 5 seconds before she pulled my hand away.( all this without anyone noticing) She stood up after 15 seconds after I made my move on her. After that she flirted with another dude for a long time.
Well I dont really know what to think about the trip. I know two things for sure
1)girls are weird and 2)I want to touch her boobs again.
