Default NL100 - 200bbs deep with AA, gross flop spot

Villain is pretty big fish, running at 57/5/0.5 over a few hundred hands, and is hitting pretty much everything imaginable. Is the 4bet preflop standard with these stack sizes?
He calls which is strange, and donks out on a pretty gross flop for my hand. Can I get away from this?

He wouldn't donk this flop with KKK. At least most likely not. In fact i don't even think he's reraises a hand this good preflop. Every donk loves the idea of slowplaying. Just go ahead and raise. He will call you with a wide range. Please don't try to get away. Preflop is fine.
