CFB Futures

Hey all,

I'm done placing my futures bets for college football, so I thought I would go ahead and share them with the forum... They are:

Auburn to win BCS title +2850 (1 unit, Cascade)

Iowa to win BCS title +5000 (0.5 units, Cascade)

Kenny Irons to win Heisman +4400 (1 unit, Pinny)

Kansas to win Big 12 title +2752 (1 unit, Pinny)

UVA under 7 regular season wins -110 (2 units, Bodog)

Some of these lines aren't available anymore, but a few still are... I'll share my thoughts if anyone is interested.

I liked it at 3.5, but I don't at 4.5.

I played Pitt at -3.5, but the more that I think about it, the more I dislike it... The reason being:

Dave Wanstadt (sp?) = terrible coach
Al Groh = excellent coach

Plus, Pitt couldn't stop the run at all last year.

But, despite that, I capped the game at -6.5, so I went ahead and played it. Definitely my least favorite of my Week 1 plays, though...

Or maybe your not [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

I can only imagine this bet is because of the overall weakness of the BigXII North in general but KU would still have to win the title game against a stronger south team.
