This is the best advice and Ill second it for anyone....I started the year at 428...yea huge tank...currently 365 doing the same exact thing....eating healthy foods I like....Chicken Sausage...Grilled Chicken...Bananas ETC Limited calories to 2000 a day and getting more active....down 63 lbs since Jan 1.....

Congrats GG, it's really the best way for people like us to lose weight. Sounds like you needed it more than I did, but I was definitely on my way to where you were at and it's pretty scary. Good luck with your continue diet, I'm looking forward to that trip report.

Very rarely this year.

I do sometimes drink wine or low cal drinks (like some vodka drinks), but I stopped drinking things like beer and hi cal drinks.

I also slowed down because I was told that alcohol in your system makes it very difficult to lose weight.
