Default Top pair turn decision

Villain just sat at a few of my tables, hasn't been doing much of note. He's running like 17/11/2 but only 80 hands or so. Our only history is I raise from the button, he calls out of the SB, donks flop, I raise and he folds. I might have a laggish image at this table, running 28/24 if hes paying attention.

Alright, so flop seems standard, turn is a good card imo since that takes away one of the set combos out there. So call turn? Fold? I don't think we can rule out AK as I raised UTG.

1/2, $195 effective, 6 handed.

I raise A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] to $7 UTG, Villain calls UTG+1, rest of table folds.

Flop: 8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($16)

Hero bets $13, Villain minraises to $26, Hero calls ($13).

Turn: 5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($65)

Hero checks, Villain bets $40, Hero?

Also fwiw, he took a solid 8 or 9 seconds to minraise the flop, which kinda scared me a bit but meh.
