In this situation, with 6 folds in front of me, I would reraise the tens preflop, then lead out on the flop.
Like others have said before, KJ is probably unlikely for villain to be raising with preflop in relatively early position. MP1's failure to bet the turn here (for either value or flush protection) is interesting. It could mean he's still drawing and looking for a free card after his continuation bet failed. That, or he was feigning weakness with something like AK-AT so you would possibly bet the river and he could reraise.
