hello,
after how many hands can one know for sure that he beats game?

In theory never. Using ur bb/100, the number of hands you have played and ur standard deviation, you can compute the chance that you are a winning player (will never be 100%). This is about the normal distribution. But I'm too tired to teach you that now. Going to bed.
