villain is 36/19/5 i really think he's squeezeing here so i 4bet light, planned on calling a push but don't really know what to do when he flat calls... should i shove flop? c/f? obv turn was best possible card

seems to me like you have to shove this flop and hope he folds JJ/QQ

I usually won't do this preflop unless i have evidence that villain likes to 3-bet light out of the blinds

I like the check behind on the flop to try to hit your 5-outter (as there's no way you're ahead of his half-stack-calling range).

He called off half his stack preflop - he's not folding to a flop shove - not when he has $100 to call in a near-$300 pot. Take the king off the flop, and I could see AK calling that much preflop and then folding to a shove, but that's it.

And yes, preflop is pure spew.

are u saying this because his range has narrowed so much that QQ is the only hand in his range we can get him to fold on the flop??
