Default 50NL: AA Hit set turn, 4 straight board

Villain is 7/5.5/4 over 1300 hands. Althought not any big history, I probly steal his blinds relentlessly. Also I've noticed he gets very aggro on scary boards although he might just be hitting hard over the sample. Probly sees me as very aggro and should know I cbet almost always in position.

On the turn I feel I just took the lead if I wasnt ahead already. 55 represents too small a portion of his range to fold here so whats the best way to get his stack?

If he was deeper I agree with Chargers line, but since he isn't I'm getting it in now.

meh, even short hes such a nit I think hes folding the vast majority of his range to a shove. If I semi tank and call, hes more likely to shove a worse hand putting me on a set.

Shove. I think he could easily have a weaker set here that he will never fold. 56 for a flopped straight shouldn't be in his range with 7/5.5.
If he has an overpair like 99 - JJ, you won't get any more value out of him anyway.
