Default 100NL: FD hits top pair on river

No stats/history. Playing one table at parents, no hud or PT. This is probly super standard but I was confused.. Turn bet I almost shoved all in, but it seemed like thats what he wanted and took the basically free card. River hits me, he leads. I don't really know what I beat cept a busted s/f draw or a flopped top pair protecting their hand.

What might he have and what lines might be better for my hand.

Seems like you've put him on a wide enough range to justify a call with TPWK.

BB seems like a retard so i think we can profitably call here.

I'd expect to see busted draws and 8's here (hopefully not A8).

Fold city, calling here is pretty bad imo.

smells pretty flush-drawey to me. flop check-min-raise followed by a tiny turn bet? and then the big river bet when he misses?

BB bet sizing is laughably disgusting but without any reads, I'm folding as most of the players at this level are just simply loose-passive.

A loose-passive makes this kind of plays with a busted flush draw just simply too rarely. He probably has 56.
