Default Minor flaw in \'everyone playing by the book\'?

The author didn't take into account that the probability of a player having a hand in the non-fold range is influenced by what other players have. If you raise from UTG w/27o and UTG+1 folds there is a slightly greater chance that UTG+2 will have a hand he can play back at you with. I'm not sure if this is at all significant, I just thought I'd throw it out there.

I believe it is common knowledge that the "bunching effect" you described is negligible. thus, no flaw in the article

Except that the book Small Stakes Holdem for Advanced Players does not exist.
