They had to get a supervisor and it still took about 15 mintues because no one really seemed to know how to do it. They claimed I needed a Harrahs card (even though I have a Total Rewards card already) and proceeded to print me out yet another gold plastic card. It finally all worked, and I got a pink tourny card as a receipt. 15 minutes of inconvienence in the wee hours of the morning still beats the hell out of waiting in line for 2.5 hours the morning of. See you guys in a couple weeks.

I remember about a year ago I went to register in a Showboatament and they had to "reactivate" my Showboat TR card for the new system. My gf got a TR card this summer and it was a generic TR card; mine is still a Showboat branded card (but is good at all HET rooms). All in all it's good to know that I can register next time I go down instead of the morning of Event #1. Thanks for the info.
