I know from experience lots of donkey stuff goes on (I'm usually the one pulling most of it) but I can't see a guy this passive deciding to bet-3bet this river all-in with 86s or 77 when it sure looks like I have a flush?

edit: I think part of my problem is that I'm never sure whether I'm giving people too much credit for reasoning capacity, or not enough. Against someone like this who is clearly bad should I just not deviate from level 1 thinking, i.e. I have good flush go allin?
