Golf Travel - Destinations and Advice

How about a thread for those of us who tie travel together with everyone's favorite four letter word that's not banned by the profanity filter -- GOLF.

I'm going to the Pinehurst/Southern Pines NC area in April for the second time. If anyone has any course recommendations, I'd love to hear them.

I've been to Myrtle Beach, Phoenix/Scottsdale, Northern Michigan and a few places in Florida. I'm still looking to go to the Monterrey area, Scotland, Ireland.
