No it really works! I had the same a few months ago. I missed the kickoffreload bonus, emailed them that I felt I missed out and they promptly gave me a 20% up to $100, 5x raked hands bonus to clear. I had to contact them when I deposited, after that they issued the bonus.

For what it's worth, this has worked for me in the past...and it sometimes took 2 or 3 emails. I usually sent them at different times of the day so I was assured of getting different people, although that probably didn't matter. Nice thing is, it was always a 5x when I got it. And no, I am NOT a VIP.

If you read my post again (esp the header), you'll notice I was actually replying to Stake Monster...offering some encouragement for him to email again. I did throw in the VIP bit to help out since I saw your post.
