Default work/less 2p2 time in general for the next long time

hey all,

Just wanted to let you know I will be less and less on 2p2 for the next...well for a while at least.

I was recently put in charge of a million dollar contract for a major provincial political party...all of their message testing, polling, etc for the next six months. Compareable US example...Think doing all the polling and campaign preparation for the Democrats in the state of Iowa. It's a pretty amazing work opportunity but will require a lot of sacrifice.

I didn't write this in bbv4l or anything b/c it's relatively hush hush and there are some Canadian people in the industry on 2p2.

This week I've put in some 20 hr days and I imagine it's going to be that way for a while. Yay elections.

Anyways, I heart 2p2 but I'm just not going to be around as much (15-20 minutes every other day maybe?) and thought I'd explain why.

[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] to the mod team,
Zach

Zach,

Sounds like a great opportunity. Make sure to make sure to have enough of a life during this stretch that you don't wind up wanting to kill yourself. Poker and twoplustwo will still be here when you get back. Promise. Enjoy!

Dan

Well, thanks for letting us know it's a million-dollar contract, if it were only $800k or something this would be totally unacceptable.
