note of history two hands ago I raised with 44 villian and another called and hand got shown down he just flat called me with AQs so i guess JJ and QQ are in his range?

Looks like insta-fold to me... your getting like the worst price ever, and since he's loose its very possible he's holding SC's with a five. that seems more likely than a full house with 3's in my opinion. anyway its a fold all day long.
