Default Good KK laydown?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (7 handed) internettexasholdem.com

CO ($11.10)
Button ($9.60)
SB ($5.30)
BB ($9.90)
UTG ($9.30)
MP1 ($12.80)
Hero ($13.50)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $0.3</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $1</font>, <font color="#666666">4 folds</font>, UTG calls $0.70.

Flop: ($2.15) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
UTG checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $2.2</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $8.3</font>, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $12.65

Would anyone call this huge overbet? Do you think I made a good laydown??

No reads...at this table for about 2 orbits, Villian is not even in poker tracker yet.(it updates every 2 minutes)

generally speaking I would call this with no reads.
The only time i would fold this is against someone who is very very nittish/solid and u know has a set.

You should definitely call here because i think ur gonna see aten, kten qten, qq jj,99,88 flush draw, str8 draw alot more than u see aces or a set.

I call pretty quickly here. The times you see a big draw/worse over pair/AT outweigh the times your beat by far. The average 10NLer is playing AT from any position.

Call this please. This is AT/JJ/QQ often enough to make it profitable.

It's not an overbet though, he just raised pot (after his call, the pot is $2.15 + $2.20 + $2.20=$6.55, raising the pot = $8.75).

Yeah you're playing scared by folding this. Villain will play JJ/QQ/fd/sd/AT like this.

A good rule of thumb is to not folod over pairs like this at this limit unless you have a solid read or board is really bad. This is a pretty dry board please call.
