Default Stars signup bonus?

Never had a stars account before. I don't want to sign-up and then find out that I could have got a much better deal by putting in code xyz. Googling has found me 100% up to $50 (AKA not much), am I going to be able to get better?

You get 100% up to 600 when you first sign up. If you want to sign up make sure to get rake back. I use Raketherake.com and they have been really great. I never expected the service. Anyway PM me if you have questions.

Well maybe I am wrong but when I signed up with FT I was told I could get a 100% bonus at Stars as well. I guess I was wrong. I apologize to OP if I was.

If you sign up through an affiliate, you can get an additional bonus...PokerSavvy and RakeReduction are two I know of.

DLD is completely mistaken about the $650...and about hearing that from FT, since they are competitors.

through PSO you get $120 which clears before stars' own 100% up to $50 deposit bonus (250vpp for pso and 500 for stars).

and just to be clear you only need total 500vpp to get both of these.

That's right, I totally forgot that PSO had added Stars...the best offer out there, AFAIK. Savvy's is worth $90 and is more points to clear (although I assume most people will clear the full 500, that's what Savvy requires). I believe RakeReduction is $50.

Thanks guys.

Question though, if I look at the PSO site (for instance)
http://www.pokersourceonline.com/reviews/poker-stars
I see the 100% up to $50 but I don't see the $120? Likewise for raketherake.

Press the "Free Gifts" tab at the top of the page. There you'll see the free gifts you get for signing up to sites. 12000 PSO pts = $120, via gift certificates at poker sites.
